These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the minpkr platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing or using minpkr, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register and use minpkr. Accounts created by ineligible users will be closed and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

Verification: minpkr reserves the right to request documentation at any point to verify eligibility, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact minpkr support immediately at [email protected].
Accounts on minpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, the equivalent PKR value at the time of deposit will be applied to the account balance. minpkr does not guarantee exchange rates and is not liable for cryptocurrency market fluctuations.

minpkr does not accept deposits made using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. Any deposits suspected to be of illicit origin will be reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

minpkr reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, AML concerns, account integrity issues or disputed activity is identified.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by minpkr are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time each offer is presented. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:
Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiplier of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) that must be wagered before any funds attributable to the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
Bonuses expire after a defined period stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived solely from expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without prior notice.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games and certain slot categories may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are specified in the relevant offer terms.
minpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, arbitrage betting designed to exploit bonus conditions, or use of excluded payment methods for a bonus deposit. Accounts identified as engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently closed.
Bonuses are offered at the discretion of minpkr and may be modified, withdrawn or replaced at any time without prior notice. Always read the full terms of each individual offer before opting in.
The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the minpkr Platform:
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation reference is generated and displayed to the User. minpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet without providing a reason, including in cases where market errors, odds errors or technical faults are identified.
Odds are displayed in decimal format and represent the potential total return per unit staked, including the original stake. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. In-play (live) odds change continuously and the odds accepted at confirmation are final.
A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances: event cancellation, market suspension due to integrity concerns, obvious errors in odds pricing, or force majeure events beyond the control of the Platform. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, Pakistan international fixtures and domestic competitions — are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each market, displayed alongside the market at the time of betting. Weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, reserve day outcomes and official match results all affect market settlement. Settlement is based on the officially declared result from the relevant governing body.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed in the relevant market or cashier. winnings that exceed payout limits will be capped at the applicable maximum regardless of the odds returned.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, minpkr reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., at the User's own request), available balances will be returned subject to completion of KYC requirements and standard processing timelines.
minpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided through a notice displayed on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the effective date shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence.
